These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and oren333 ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and live casino platform accessible at oren333.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in any promotional offer, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the oren333 Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including registered players, visitors, and any individual who interacts with any aspect of the oren333 service. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on the oren333 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. oren333 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will require documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent or trustee for any third party.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by oren333 or any other recognised gambling platform or authority.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are not a current employee, consultant, director, or close relative of any employee of oren333 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are not acting with funds derived from illegal activities, and you will not use the Platform for any money-laundering or fraud-related purpose.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the oren333 Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly notify oren333 of any material change to your registered details.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. oren333 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

oren333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Standard KYC documentation includes a copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport, and in certain cases, proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. Withdrawal of funds is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

By accessing and using the oren333 Platform, you agree to use the service solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Platform for any commercial purpose unless expressly authorised by oren333 in writing.

5.1 Permitted Use

• Placing bets on permitted sports markets and participating in approved casino games for personal entertainment.
• Depositing and withdrawing funds in MYR through approved payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20.
• Accessing promotional offers and loyalty programmes in accordance with the specific terms applicable to each promotion.
• Communicating with oren333's customer support team for legitimate service inquiries.

5.2 Service Availability

oren333 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. oren333 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned downtime in advance.

5.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements to access the Platform. oren333 is not liable for any loss arising from your inability to access the Platform due to technical issues on your end, including but not limited to network failures, device incompatibility, or interrupted data connections.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to the oren333 Platform must be made through officially supported payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost are typically credited to the Player's Account balance instantly. Bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX are generally processed within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to banking system availability.

oren333 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, or that is suspected to involve fraudulent activity. All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity and not for purposes of currency conversion or exploiting payment processing systems.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed full KYC verification.
• Any bonus-associated wagering requirements applicable to the withdrawable balance must have been met in full.
• The withdrawal amount must comply with the minimum and maximum limits applicable to the selected payment method.
• The Player's Account must be in good standing with no active fraud investigation or security hold.

oren333 targets the following withdrawal processing times: under 5 minutes for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay); 5 to 15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transfers; and 15 to 60 minutes for direct bank wire and USDT TRC20 transactions. These are target processing times and not guaranteed service levels. Processing delays beyond oren333's control — such as banking system outages — may extend these timelines.

6.3 Payment Method Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering control measure. oren333 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request deemed unusual or inconsistent with a Player's typical account activity.

oren333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time each promotion is presented. The following general principles apply to all oren333 bonus offers:

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are awarded at oren333's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
• Each bonus offer is intended for the genuine personal use of eligible Players only. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, systematic or coordinated means will be voided without compensation.
• Players may only claim a specific promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• oren333 reserves the right to cap the maximum Winnings attributable to Bonus Funds where a specific bonus limit is stated in the promotion's terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds awarded to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. By way of example, a bonus of RM 100 subject to a 10x wagering requirement requires the Player to place a total of RM 1,000 in bets before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

7.3 Abuse of Promotions

oren333 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated play between linked accounts, pattern betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, exploitation of system errors or technical vulnerabilities, and the use of automated scripts or bots. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and all related Bonus Funds and Winnings forfeited.

All bets placed on the oren333 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of this Agreement. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activities:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

oren333 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons. A bet is only confirmed once the Platform displays a confirmed bet reference number. Bets are void if placed after the relevant event has started, unless the specific market is designated as a live/in-play market.

8.2 Odds and Market Errors

In the event that oren333 publishes manifestly incorrect odds — including but not limited to odds resulting from technical errors, human error or system malfunction that are clearly disproportionate to fair market value — oren333 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts, regardless of whether the event has settled.

8.3 Match and Event Settlement

Sports markets are settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. For football matches including EPL and Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, settlement is based on the result at the end of normal time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless the market explicitly specifies extra time or penalty shootout inclusion. UFC and combat sports markets are settled based on the official result announced by the relevant sanctioning body.

8.4 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino game outcomes — including live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack and slot results — are determined by certified random number generation systems or live card/wheel mechanics supervised by trained dealers. Game results are final once the round is complete. Malfunction of any game software voids all related play and stakes are returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oren333 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using forged or altered identity documents during registration or KYC.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity, or to obscure the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one Account per person, household, or IP address, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Automated Betting: Using robots, scripts, bots, macros or any automated system to place bets, access the Platform or circumvent security measures.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to exploit game mechanics, bonus terms or betting markets in a manner that confers an artificial advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with a payment provider after funds have been used for genuine gaming activity on the Platform.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access unauthorised areas of the Platform, interfering with other Players' accounts, or introducing malicious code, viruses or disruptive elements.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.

10.1 oren333's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

oren333 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or unverifiable personal information.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other unlawful conduct.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under clause 3.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player or a qualifying third party.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring the restriction of the Account.

10.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting oren333's customer support team. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in the Account (net of applicable bonus funds and pending withdrawal holds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account — whether initiated by the Player or by oren333 — all Bonus Funds, promotional credits and any pending bets placed using bonus funds are voided. Obligations arising from bets placed prior to termination that remain unsettled will be settled in accordance with these Terms and the applicable market rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oren333 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from:

• The use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any part thereof.
• Errors, interruptions, delays or inaccuracies in the Platform's content, data feeds or odds.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
• Events outside oren333's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, banking system failures, natural disasters, government actions or regulatory changes.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit oren333's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the oren333 Platform — including but not limited to the oren333 name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data compilations, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of oren333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes as permitted under these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from oren333.

oren333 collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform, the provision of services, regulatory compliance, and the prevention of fraud and money laundering. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. oren333 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Personal data shared with third-party payment processors (including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet and others) is limited to what is necessary to complete your requested transaction.

oren333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates with the welfare of its Players as a priority. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from Player Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Limits: Time-based limits that restrict the duration of any single gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Caps on total net losses within a defined period, triggering automatic account lockout when reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days) or indefinite self-exclusion, preventing all Platform access for the specified duration.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 10.2. oren333 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current conditions governing Platform use.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which oren333 holds its operating licence. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction and to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

16.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between a Player and oren333 arising from or relating to these Terms, the following resolution process applies:

2. Internal Review: oren333 will conduct an internal review of the matter and respond with a formal position within 14 business days of receiving the complete written complaint.
3. Escalation: If the Player remains unsatisfied following oren333's formal response, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or alternative dispute resolution body as specified in oren333's operating licence conditions.

During the dispute resolution process, the Player agrees not to initiate payment chargebacks or legal proceedings until the internal review process has been completed.
